Everything comes gift wrapped which is included in the price. The actual gift wrapping will vary depending on the item - it may be an organza bag, traditional gift box or a pillow box. Please note though that some items are too large to gift box and as such may just be wrapped in tissue.

If you would like any purchase sent directly to the recipient, just let me know. I can also include a message for you.

Beads are made with soda-lime or "soft" glass, mostly 104 COE, Effetre, Reichenbach, CiM (Creation is Messy) and Lauscha. Some silver glasses e.g. Double Helix are also used.

All beads are annealled in a digitally controlled kiln (Paragon SC2).

Annealling removes stresses in the glass, so your beads should last a long time! However, they are still glass, and may break if dropped or banged e.g. against a hard surface.

Health and safety note: beads should not be left unattended with small children.

Items containing Sterling Silver are below the hallmarking threshold and un-hallmarked, unless stated otherwise.

Jewellery is best stored in an airtight container, e.g. you can use a gripseal bag for smaller items. This will help prevent tarnishing. To remove tarnish, clean your jewellery carefully with a silver cleaning cloth. I don't recommend using silver polish in case of damage. Please note that any chemicals used around lampwork beads may affect their appearance.
